Rural Infrastructure & Capacity Building
Contracted by Oregon Business Development Department to deliver Project Management and Labor Standards training and technical assistance through the RCAP program — building rural community capacity to manage infrastructure projects from award through closeout. Our broadband-related work is training and capacity building, not deployment. We serve communities across all 36 Oregon counties, providing the compliance frameworks, technical assistance, and workforce training that help resource-constrained communities successfully implement water systems, community facilities, and economic development projects.
Statewide Innovation Grants & Environmental Services
Selected by the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) as Fiscal Agent for the Accelerate California Innovation Grant Program — a $4.4 million statewide initiative disbursing up to $100,000 grants to approximately 44 pre-revenue innovation founders across 13 Hub regions, with a focus on women, people of color, veterans, formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs, and rural and underserved communities. CCA manages the full fiscal lifecycle: eligibility verification, compliance, disbursement, and reporting under GC § 12099.7.5.
